Our Classes

Pregnancy yoga

During this gentle flow class we will use Kundalini active meditation (which compliments hypnobirthing beautifully) and Pranayama breathing techniques specifically to help you keep calm during pregnancy and during the birth of your baby.
For online (Zoom) classes or 1-2-1's please book your chosen class at least 45mins before the scheduled start time. This will give us enough time to process your payment, email you the Zoom link and check you in.
